: In the case of police personnel who fail in the following training will be as follows:
(a) If any trainee trained in police constable, police assistant inspector, police inspector and technical police basic training (jawan and officer level) fails due to circumstances beyond his control or for other reasons, on the recommendation of the relevant examination committee, such trainee will be included in another training of the same nature. Can be done. But from the year 2062 onwards, in the case of police inspector basic training which includes Post Graduate Diploma in Police Science (PGDPIUS), another opportunity will be provided for non-credit courses as per this rule and for university related credit courses as per university rules.
(b) According to sub-rule (1), the records of the police personnel included in the re-training should be mentioned in their personal details record (dossier).
